Within 15 calendar days after an adjustment plat has been filed, the Director of Development Services and the City Engineer shall approve, conditionally approve, or disapprove such plat. The applicant shall be notified of the action by written notice. Notice shall be deemed to have been given upon deposit of the notice in the United States mail. (Ord. 3153 § 2 (Exh.
