18.17.040 Construction prerequisites – Security arrangements – Generally.

The subdivider shall file surety to guarantee completion of improvements in the amount and type identified in CVMC 18.17.050, 18.17.060, 18.17.070, 18.17.080, or 18.17.090 as deemed appropriate by the City.
