Detailed plans, soil reports, geologic reports and other data shall be included if required under the grading ordinance of the City. In the coastal zone, detailed grading plans, soil reports, liquefaction reports, geologic reports, and other data required by the certified local coastal program shall be included at the time of submittal of the final map to the City Engineer.
