The Board of Appeals and Advisors shall hear appeals from the decision of the Floodplain Administrator regarding variances. The decision of the Board of Appeals and Advisors is final. (Ord. 3477 § 1, 2019; Ord. 3210, 2011; Ord. 3097, 2007).
