Violations of this chapter are strict liability offenses regardless of intent. Any person, firm, or corporation that violates any portion of this chapter may be subject to prosecution and/or administrative enforcement under Chapters 1.20 and 1.41 CVMC. (Ord. 3082 § 1, 2007).
