Any person desiring a permit as required by this chapter shall make application therefor in the office of the Director of Public Works, on forms provided by that office. The application shall be reviewed with all interested City departments regarding such items as effect on utilities, curbs and sidewalks, potential hazard to traffic through impairment of visibility at street intersections, etc., and after such investigation and review, the Director of Public Works may approve, conditionally approve or disapprove the application.
