The Director of Development Services may approve, partially approve or deny a waiver of the requirements to install improvements. A partial or full waiver must be supported by written findings of fact establishing any one or more of the exceptions or limitations identified in CVMC 12.24.080. (Ord. 3223 § 1, 2012).
