Any person operating a bicycle shall obey the instructions of official traffic control signals, signs, and other control devices applicable to vehicles, unless otherwise directed by a police officer. (Ord. 3451 § 1; Ord. 2670 § 1, 1996; Ord. 1641 § 1, 1975).
