A rental agency shall not rent or offer any bicycle for rent unless such bicycle is equipped with the lamps and other equipment required in this chapter, or under state law. (Ord. 3451 § 1; Ord. 2670 § 1, 1996; Ord. 1641 § 1, 1975).
