10.68.200 Car sharing program parking permit.

Notwithstanding the provisions of this title, the City Manager may issue permits to vehicles participating in a car sharing program authorized pursuant to CVMC 10.68.100:
A. Allowing car sharing vehicles to park, in areas designated by the City Manager, without regard to time restrictions in metered parking spaces, permitted on-street parking, and City-owned public lots; and
B. To permit payment of parking fees pursuant to an agreement with the participating car sharing organization rather than at the time of parking. (Ord. 3266 § 1, 2013).
