A. No person shall permit a vehicle to remain parked beyond the time limit established for any parking meter zone in which the vehicle is parked.

B. No person shall deposit or cause to be deposited in a parking meter any payment for the purpose of increasing or extending the time during which a vehicle is parked beyond the time limit established for the parking meter zone in which the vehicle is parked.
