10.52.440 Motorcycles – Applicability of provisions – Exceptions.

The provisions of CVMC 10.52.420 and 10.52.430 shall not apply to a vehicle actually engaged in the process of loading or unloading passengers, freight or goods, in which event the provisions applicable in CVMC 10.52.350 through 10.52.380 shall be complied with.
