It is unlawful for the operator of any motorcycle to park said motorcycle except at the angle to the curb indicated by parking control devices or pavement markings allotting space to parked vehicles, and entirely within the limits of said allotted space, with the front or rear wheel of said vehicle within 18 inches of the curb; provided further, that no more than one vehicle of any type may be parked within such allotted space.
