After a noticed public hearing, as it deems necessary, the Commission may adopt guidelines or regulations to aid in the implementation of this chapter and to assure a fair hearing process. (Ord. 3255 § 1, 2013; Ord. 3195 § 1, 2011; Ord. 2862 § 1, 2002).
