This chapter applies to owners/occupants of recreational vehicles as defined in California Civil Code Section 799.29 where the recreational vehicle owner/occupant has been in residency for nine or more consecutive months. Notwithstanding the above, this chapter shall not be applicable to recreational vehicles residing in parks operated as recreational vehicle parks, where the predominant number of spaces are occupied for less than nine months.
