City Solid Waste Containers are placed in City parks, at bus stops, and other public areas for the use of the public to control Solid Waste that is generated at or near the location where the Solid Waste Containers are located; they are not to be used as disposal sites for Solid Waste which is generated off site, except as defined as Incidental Waste in CVMC 8.25.020. Therefore, it is unlawful for any individual or Entity to place, dump, deposit, or throw away Solid Waste of any kind or character whatsoever other than Incidental Waste in City Solid Waste containers, if such was generated at a location other than where the Solid waste Container is located.
