Any person who violates any provision of this chapter by smoking in a posted “No Smoking” area, or by failing to post or cause to be posted a “No Smoking” sign required by this chapter, or by a knowing failure to inform any person who violates the provisions of this chapter when such duty to inform arises, as set forth in CVMC 8.22.080(B), is guilty of an infraction.
