It is unlawful to operate a hotel/motel without a valid permit to operate or to fail to comply with any of the requirements established by this chapter. Violations of this section shall be subject to enforcement by any and all remedies listed in CVMC Title 1, including a fine of up to $1,000 and/or six months in the county jail.
