Whenever the City denies a permit to operate for a hotel/motel, as provided in this chapter, the Owner or operator of said hotel/motel shall have a right to a hearing to appeal the denial in accordance with Chapter 1.40 CVMC. (Ord. 3491 § 1, 2020; Ord. 3041 § 2, 2006).
