Every Person who engages in or conducts a public bathhouse as herein defined shall keep a daily register, approved in form by the Director, of the number of patrons admitted, their hour of arrival and their hour of departure. Said daily register shall at all times during business hours be subject to inspection by the health officer and by the Director and shall be kept on file for one year. (Ord. 2256 § 1, 1988).
