The Fire Chief shall conduct or cause to be conducted an investigation of the premises identified in the application for compliance with applicable fire code provisions, and report findings to the Chief of Police. (Ord. 2718 § 1, 1998; Ord. 1170 § 1; prior code § 11.6).
