5.02.200 Unlawful activities not authorized – Licensing prohibited.

This title and CVMC 8.20.020 shall never be construed or held as licensing or permitting the carrying on of any unlawful trade, calling, occupation, game or amusement, and every such trade, calling, occupation, game or amusement is prohibited, and no license shall be granted or issued therefor.
