Every license issued under and by virtue of the provisions of this title and CVMC 8.20.020 shall be subject to revocation by the Director of Finance, and such revocation shall be based upon a failure to comply with any term or terms of this code. Such revocation shall be subject to a right to appeal to the City Manager or designee, using the process set forth in CVMC 5.02.110. Following such revocation, no new license shall be issued for one year from the effective date of revocation. If, subsequent to revocation, the Director of Finance finds that the basis for the revocation has been corrected or abated, the Applicant may be granted a license if at least 90 days have elapsed since the effective date of the revocation.
