The Planning Commission governs processes and activities presented in this title as further defined in Chapter 2.42 CVMC. The discretionary project review responsibility of the Planning Commission shall include the review of major alterations, historical resource demolition applications, historic determinations and appeals, and consistency of said projects with the City’s HPP, applicable historic district guidelines, and this title.
