The maintenance of such parks shall be by the Parks and Recreation Department, and the cost of such maintenance shall be assessed by a tax levy which shall be determined by the City Council in accordance with the Charter of the City. (Ord. 1179 § 1 Art. 2; prior code § 21.2.4).
