The Board of Library Trustees shall consist of five Voting Members appointed by the City Council from the Registered Voters of the City and one Youth Advisory Member. The City Council may change the number of Members comprising the Board by ordinance. (Ord. 3539 § 1(M), 2022; Ord. 3212 § 2, 2011).
