There is hereby created a Housing and Homelessness Advisory Commission, in accordance with the City Charter and with Section 34291 of the California Health and Safety Code. The provisions of Article VI of the City Charter, Chapter 2.25 CVMC and this chapter shall govern this Commission. (Ord. 3539 § 1(D), 2022; Ord. 3211 § 9, 2011; Ord. 2586 § 1, 1994).
