The Commission shall consist of seven voting members, to be appointed in accordance with Article VI of the City Charter and Chapter 2.25 CVMC. (Ord. 3211 § 3, 2011; Ord. 2518 § 2, 1992; Ord. 2400 § 1, 1990).
