If a decision on a coastal development permit is continued by the City to a time that is neither (A) previously stated in the notice provided pursuant to CVMC 19.83.008 nor (B) announced at the hearing as being continued to a time certain, the City shall provide notice of the further hearings (or action on the proposed development) in the same manner, and within the same time limits, as established in CVMC 19.83.009.
