The Development Services Director, code enforcement officers and other employees designated by the Development Services Director shall have the authority to enforce this chapter in accordance with the procedures as set forth in Chapters 1.40 and 1.41 CVMC. Any violation of this chapter shall constitute an infraction, and the administrative citation provisions contained in Chapter 1.41 CVMC shall be applicable. (Ord. 3153 § 2 (Exh.
