Notwithstanding requirements contained in this chapter, minimum front yard shall be 22 feet from the inside edge of the sidewalk to the door of a garage or structure of a carport in the case of a driveway approximately perpendicular to the front property line. Any garage that has its access from an alley shall be located 25 feet from the opposite side of the alley with a minimum setback of five feet from the alley. (Ord. 3153 § 2 (Exh.
