An outdoor shooting club shall be located not less than one-half mile from any developed residential, commercial or industrial area, or place of public assembly. A conditional use permit for an indoor or outdoor shooting club may be granted to be in force for one year only, after which a certificate may be resumed for a period of one year at the expiration of each temporary certificate, provided the above requirements can continue to be met.
