19.100.080 Agricultural use commencement and continuation for duration of UAIZ contract.

Agricultural use must commence on the property within 60 days after the recordation of the UAIZ contract. Pursuant to the Urban Agricultural Incentive Zones Act, the entirety of the property subject to a UAIZ contract shall be dedicated to agricultural uses and such agricultural uses shall continue for the duration of the UAIZ contract.
