The comprehensive zoning title shall consist of a zoning map, described in Chapter 19.18 CVMC, designating certain districts; regulations controlling the uses of land, the density of population, the uses and locations of structures, the height and bulk of structures, the open space about structures, and the appearance of certain uses and structures; the areas and dimensions of sites; the location, size and illumination of signs; and requirements providing for off-street parking and off-street loading facilities.
