Upon the filing of the final map with the City Engineer, the property owner or subdivider shall deposit with the City Clerk the required fee(s) to cover the cost of recording the map or direct a bonded title officer to record the map. Upon recordation of the final map, the property owner or subdivider shall submit to the City Engineer one mylar print of the recorded final map. (Ord. 3153 § 2 (Exh.
