All lighting plans in multiple-family, commercial and industrial zones shall be submitted to the Zoning Administrator for approval prior to installation thereof. Should the City disapprove of the plans, a written appeal by an interested party may be filed to the Development Services Department. Once a valid application for appeal has been filed, the Development Services Department shall take no longer than 30 calendar days to set the matter for a public hearing at a regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting. The meeting date shall also be no more than 60 calendar days from the application’s filing date. The decision of the Planning Commission shall be final.
