There is hereby adopted by reference the California Existing Building Code, 2022 Edition, known as the California Code of Regulations, Title 24, Part 10, including Appendix A, as adopted by state agencies, and excluding Chapter 1, Division II thereof, as copyrighted by the International Code Council and the California Building Standards Commission. Said document is hereby adopted as the existing building code of the City of Chula Vista, providing for and regulating the repair, alteration, change of occupancy, addition to and relocation of existing buildings within the City. Chapter 15.06 CVMC shall serve as the administrative, organizational and enforcement rules and regulations for this chapter. (Ord. 3533 § 1, 2022; Ord. 3471 § 1, 2019; Ord. 3387 § 1, 2016).
