Proof of compliance with this chapter may be required in a form acceptable to the City prior to or as a condition of a subdivision map, site plan, development improvement plan, building permit, grading permit or any other permit or activity which may affect the storm water conveyance system and/or the waters entering it. Proof of compliance shall be furnished upon request of the enforcement official. (Ord. 3348 § 1, 2015; Ord. 2854 § 9, 2002).
