13.08.080 Location of sewer connection – Authority of Director to designate.

The Director shall have the authority to designate the public sewer to which any building shall be connected, considering all engineering factors and all outstanding financial obligations, and the owner of any building may be required to install pumps or ejectors to discharge part of or all sewage into the public sewer designated by the Director.
