Each parking permit issued by the City Manager or designee under this chapter shall be valid for 12 months from date of issuance, unless otherwise approved by the City Manager. Each application or reapplication for a parking permit shall contain information sufficient to identify the applicant, his or her residence address or address of real property owned or leased within a residential permit parking area, and the license number of the motor vehicle for which application is made, and such other information that may be deemed relevant by the City Manager. Permit holders are solely responsible for maintaining current contact and vehicle license information associated with the permit. (Ord. 3356 § 1, 2015).
