No suit shall be brought against the City unless a claim has been presented in writing or submitted electronically and filed with the City of Chula Vista and acted upon by the City. (Ord. 3511 § 1, 2021; Ord. 2772 § 1, 1999; Ord. 2293 § 1, 1989).
