Wherever the term “required fee(s)” is used in this code it shall mean the fee in the amount(s) established in that portion of the master fee schedule relating to that topic in the section of the Municipal Code relating to the same topic, as that amount may, from time to time, be amended by the City Council by ordinance or resolution.
